REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY. Due to the digital nature of our products and the fact that it is immediate access, there are no refunds. Additionally, no Digital Products may be exchanged for any other product or service that Patrice Sterling LLC or its affiliated business’s offer. However, under rare circumstances, such as a shipped product arrived damaged, the product can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Please email a photo of the damaged item on the day it was received and send it to returns@Patrice Sterling LLC.com.
